Ninja Samurai Assassin Hero II provides a limited amount of health to you. Each hit you take from the mercenaries reduces your health. You can see your remaining health points on the heart icon located at the top-left corner of the screen. If your health points get too low, you can eat food items to restore them. These food items can be found on the map too. Similarly, you can also find gold deposits scattered throughout the map as well. You can collect the gold to buy better weapons from the Shop. Aside from the food and the gold, there are stars hidden on each mission map too. You need to find and collect them as well to completely master a mission.
